• How much salary rate are given to crews?

• For provinces, the rate ranges from 150-200.
• In Manila areas, 200-250.
• Depending on the franchisee and crew’s agreement.

• How much is the location lease/rent?

• Depending on the location, if it’s outside the mall, it ranges from P3,000 to P10,000.
• Commercial places like MRT or malls, that’s around P12,000 to P30,000.

• How many weeks before you release/deliver our franchise?

          Delivery and releasing of any food cart franchise is between 2 to 4 weeks.

• What are your mode of payments?

          We accept cash, checks and credit card payments. 

• What are the requirements to avail your food cart franchise?

          The requirements are:

• Valid Identification
•  Attendance of Franchise Seminar
• Sketch of your location (pending application is possible)

• When are the schedules for the food cart franchise seminar?

          It’s every Wednesday and Saturday only. It’s mandatory that for every franchisee should attend the seminar, for them to know all the details that they need to know before running their food cart.  After availing, they already have the privilege to attend the needed seminar. 

• Do you have renewal fees?

          For the cart, no more renewal fee to be collected. You have an option to renew your contract after 3 years for P6,000. You are not obliged to operate for 3 years. It depends on the capability of the franchisee. 

• What is the advantage of getting a food cart franchise from your company?

• We don’t have any quota.
• We don’t have royalty and renewal fees too compared to other franchising companies.
• We charge one time payment only.

• How do we order products?

• Ordering of  products is every week, near your area.
• We are operating nationwide, so we have designated dealers near you.

• My location is far from Manila, do you have provincial dealers?

          Yes, contact information of our dealer will be given when you already purchased your selected cart. 

• How long is your company engaged in this business? Do you have your own factory?

          We are 20 (since 1992) years in the food industry, we have our own commissary located at Sangandaan, Quezon City. 

• What are the inclusions of your food cart franchise?

           Every food cart franchise includes:

• What is the usual monthly revenue?

• Depending on the location, it will range from 15,000 to 40,000.
• Mark up is around 30-40%.

• What are the sizes of the carts?

• For the Silver Cart: 3ft x 2ft x 6ft
• For 2-in-1 cart: 4.5ft x 2ft x 6 ft
• For 3-in-1 cart: 6ft x 2ft x 6ft

• If I don’t have a location, can you help me find one?

          If you have your prospect area, better. But if you don’t have one, we have our available locator for you starting at P3,500 as their starting fee. 

• How long is the shelf life of your products?

      The average shelf life of products is 3 months in the freezer. 

• What is your best selling food cart concepts?

      Our best selling food carts are:

• PinoyPao (combination of 22 variants of Siopao and 6 variants of Siomai).
• O’Noodles and Red Bowl.
• The (2 in 1 combination food carts) and (3 in 1 combination food carts) because these carts are discounted in price.

• What are the documents, permits required to operate a food cart?
